Anything that you put on your body can restrict blood flow. Usually within the first 5 minutes of assessing your lymphatic system, I'm talking to you about your clothes that you wear. Most importantly, your underwear. I know it sounds very strange, but I've proven to EVERYONE that bands around the body will restrict flow and with enough time and pressure, those bands will shut off muscles, create imbalances in your flow, and cause all kinds of symptoms in the body.

For men the underwear styles are very limited compared to what women wear and most of the time they are just WAY to tight. If you are still wearing briefs, time to upgrade to boxers or boxer/briefs and for the love of your body, upsize and stop wearing them at night.

For women, the smaller the bands, the deeper they cut into your system. Plus, every band is a kink in your lymphatic system. A kink is just like a kink in a garden hose. It holds fluid below it and suffocates or reduces the flow above it. Most women have on average of 4-6 kinks in their system just from clothing alone.

If you wouldn't want to wear the bands by themselves, why do you choose to wear them with the underwear?

While the best bra is no bra, there are no really good options for bras. I haven't seen anyone that is over 50 yrs old and even likes to wear them. They usually hurt, restrict, and most of the time don't fit property due to not having uniform sized breasts.

If you must wear a bra, limit the time you spend in them. Once removed, please...PLEASE...PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR BODY, self-massage where the bands were against your skin!!! Like, actually move the skin over your bones. Make sure you can actually feel movement! If you wear a bra when you are active and take it off and sit, your body doesn't even realize it's not still on you, if you don't self-massage the area. That's all I say about that. But for real, listen to your body. If it hurts, try to find an alternative.
