Words have power but what's more powerful than questions are the ability to listen to what words cannot describe. In all my years of experience, even outside of the massage practice, I use my intuition to guide my every decision. Trusting in your own internal 'gut' response and taking ownership for only your energy is the most important. Letting go of others energy is the key to mastery.
