The head is the most felt symptom of the body, especially due to the technology we are all using on a daily basis. Just because you feel it there doesn't mean it's the cause. Most often the fix is in the shoulders, ribs and core. Many times, while clients come in with head pain it usually resolves itself after the lymphatic system is open and flowing.
Did you know that symptoms in your neck are not necessarily coming from the neck? The best way to solve neck pain is to work it's opposite, which is the shoulders, chest, and whole lymphatic system.
Shoulders can be complicated and in general are related to an injury of some kind. If you're having shoulder pain, seek a physical therapist to diagnose the issue. If you've been cleared, then will discuss how to move forward with your pain.
Having numbness, tingling, and general weakness in the arms can be from the neck or shoulders, or due to the lymphatic system as a whole. Being hyperflexible in your joints can create more havoc in your arms as your system becomes congested.
This is probably the most important part of the body that is mostly ignored. The chest, ribs, and stomach area need the most work and hold the most amount of fluid and power in the body. The clothes that we put on our bodies here will greatly impact and reduce lymph flow and create systematic issues.
If your range of motion is limited in your hips, it's primary due to the amount of dysfunction in your glutes. Between waking up the glute muscles and priming the lymphatic system in the core, your hip range of motion can greatly increase when your lymphatic system is open.
Tension and tightness typically go away after the excess fluid in your glutes and core have balanced out. I've worked on hundreds of people who had years of lower back pain and without even touching the lower back, their pain was gone just by balancing out their lymphatic system and they made the changes to what they wore and for how long.
Your legs are your powerhouse to the hips. Fluid is stored in the legs and is often kept there due to the tightness of the underwear and clothing we wear. If you have chronic tightness in your legs, it's primarily due to a lymphatic kink point around your waist, limiting the blood flow in your hips and core.
