Before I ever worked with muscle and energy, I worked with metal and paint.

I was an automotive body repair technician — fixing frames, smoothing dents, and restoring what had been bent out of shape. I loved bringing things back into alignment, but I didn’t yet realize that this same instinct — to rebuild, to restore, to make whole again — would become the heartbeat of my life’s work.

Someone close to me lived with chronic pain — headaches, migraines, and tension that medicine couldn’t touch. Massage was the one thing that gave real relief. Seeing how that simple act of hands-on care could bring calm to their entire system changed everything for me. It wasn’t just physical; it was connection. It was hope.

That experience carved my mission: to help others find that same release, to help couples and individuals reconnect with their bodies, and to prevent people from carrying years of pain in silence.

Now, my work combines the structure and precision I once used to repair cars with the intuitive understanding of how energy and emotion live in the body. Every session begins with listening — to the way your body moves, compensates, and communicates. From there, we guide it back toward balance and ease, so flow can return.

Through consistent care, your body begins to remember how to stay open — how to process stress, emotion, and life itself without holding it all inside.

The same patience and curiosity of how things work and go back together like it was to rebuild a car is what I bring to every session.
