Welcome to Ben Johnston Intuitive Wisdom LLC. By scheduling services, attending classes, or engaging with any offerings (in-person or online), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

We offer services including, but not limited to:- Therapeutic massage- Lymphatic education and bodywork- Kundalini Reiki energy healing- Intuitive coaching and wellness guidance- Professional and couples education classes- Reiki shares and community events. These services are non-diagnostic, non-prescriptive, and complementary in nature. They are not

substitutes for medical or mental health treatment.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in services, you agree to:- Disclose any relevant medical history or physical conditions- Communicate boundaries, discomfort, or contraindications during sessions- Provide accurate personal and contact information- Be respectful and aligned with the energy and purpose of the space.

3. Booking & Payments- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed- One-on-one massage rates: $111 per hour / $155 per 90-minute session- Couples sessions: Intro session $123, Follow-ups $123 per hour or $186 for 90 minutes- Reiki classes: $10 per person- Payments accepted via Square, cash, or other approved methods- A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you authorize Ben Johnston Intuitive Wisdom LLC to charge this card in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows- Please provide at least 24 hours- notice for cancellations- Late cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment may incur a $75 fee- No-shows may also be charged a $75 fee- By scheduling an appointment, you agree that your credit card on file may be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service access.

5. Consent to Touch & Energy Work

All massage and energy services are provided with explicit verbal or written consent. Clients have the right to:- Withdraw consent at any time- Decline specific techniques or approaches- Ask questions about any service at any point.

6. Confidentiality & Data Handling

We honor your privacy. Personal and health-related information is stored securely and handled in compliance with HIPAA where applicable. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While our services are intended to support healing and wellness, we do not guarantee specific results. Every client experience is unique and influenced by personal, physical, emotional, and energetic factors. We are not licensed medical providers and do not diagnose or treat disease.

8. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone demonstrating:- Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior- Misuse of the service environment- Energetic misalignment that disrupts the healing process.

9. Intellectual Property

All class materials, website content, and session frameworks are the intellectual property of Ben Johnston Intuitive Wisdom LLC and may not be copied, shared, or used without express written permission.

10. Updates to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the most current version. The current version will always be available on our website.

Energetic Agreement

By receiving services or participating in offerings, you acknowledge a mutual intention to create a safe, aligned, and heart-centered space for healing and growth. We hold the highest respect for your body, boundaries, and spiritual sovereignty.
