I don’t just work on a body. I read it, decode it, and reorganize it. My work isn’t a menu of techniques — it’s a full-system reset that blends fascia, lymph, breath, posture, core function, and nervous-system clarity into one seamless experience.

Q: How would you describe your style of massage?

A: Think sports therapy, lymphatic flow, fascia work, and functional assessment all braided together, but smoother, smarter, and way more intuitive than the standard "press where the pain is at" routine. I'm working with how your whole system connects from your feet to the top of your head and everything in between including your core and ribcage. The goal isn't to chase symptoms; it's to reset the entire pattern.

Q: What can I expect from the first visit?

A: Your first session is a deep dive into how your body actually works. Where does it hold tension, why it compensates, and how we can reset the pattern. I read your posture, breath, core and glute engagement, fascia lines, and how you respond as I work. You'll understand your body better in the first session than you ever had before. Relief often lasts up to a week, and with consistent visits, many stay comfortable for three to five weeks because the changes hold.

Q: How does energy work (Reiki) fit into what you do?

A: Energy isn't some separate, mystical add-on - it's part of who you and I are at the core of our existence. Your chi or life force energy adapts to how your nervous system responds to touch, pressure, stressors, and subconscious holding patterns. When the body lets go, the system needs to be recalibrated. Reiki helps calm the noise, deepen the release, and support the mind-body integration that makes the structural work more effective. You don't need to "believe" in anything; you simply relax, let go, and your system does what it's built to do: thrive.
